Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on evox.sport with EVOX Sport, Brussels, Belgium. By completing an order you accept them.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT unless stated otherwise. Orders are placed and confirmed via Instagram direct message (@evox.sport), where payment details are agreed. An order is only binding once payment has been confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for rates and timelines.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason; we voluntarily extend this to 30 days for unopened products. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Warranty
Statutory conformity warranty applies. Normal wear of grips and overgrips through use is not covered.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except in cases of intent, gross negligence or personal injury.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
