Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed later ship the next working day.
Rates and delivery times
Belgium and the Netherlands: €3.95, 1–2 working days. Rest of the European Union: €6.95, 2–5 working days. Shipping is free on all orders above €50. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with DHL, DPD and bpost depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the label is created, and it is also available in your account.
Returns
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Message us on Instagram at @evox.sport with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, message us on Instagram at @evox.sport within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost.
